Short version: the forms on this site go to Vernon, and to nobody else.
What this site collects
Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and for the home value form, the address and basic facts about the property. This site does not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers.
What it is used for
Vernon uses it to answer you: to send the valuation or the guide you asked for, and to follow up if you asked him to. If you ticked the box to receive the occasional note, you can stop those at any time by replying and saying so.
Where it lives
Your details are stored in a system Vernon owns and controls, so that they stay his responsibility regardless of brokerage. They are not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
